From Goals to Roles

Hey Beautiful People, I'm Dejhana, so glad you're here! I'm a proud mom of three energetic boys, a registered nurse, and a woman who knows what it's like to keep trying even when the road gets tough.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, I’ve always had a deep love for people. I didn’t fully understand my gift for bringing warmth to others until I found nursing. A career that let me lead with both my heart and purpose. Getting here wasn’t easy, and that’s exactly why I created SheLearn.

SheLearn is a platform for the women who don’t quit, even if it takes 20 tries. I always heard stories of people passing the NCLEX on their first attempt. And while that's amazing, it made those of us who didn’t, feel like we had to keep our journey quiet. I failed my boards multiple times and yes, it was painful and embarrassing. But here’s what changed everything for me:

  1. I had to be honest with myself. Feeling bad wasn’t going to help me grow.

  2. I had to study with intention — not rely on luck or excuses.

  3. I had to reconnect with my purpose. I wanted that RN license, but I needed to remember why I started.

SheLearn is for women from all walks of life. Whether you're chasing a nursing license, going back to school, or simply starting over - this is your reminder that your path is your own. Life isn’t a race. You’re not behind. You’re building something beautiful - and I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way.
